I spent a little over 2 years renting through Hughes Group, great company to deal with. No issues at all, had a few things in the very beginning but they were taken care of quickly and professionally. They do a good job communicating with the tenants, there were no surprises- the lease covers any and all responsibilities of the tenant. Would rent from again without a second thought if I ever needed a place to live. Thanks Hughes Group for helping me transition back to the area seamlessly, only reason I moved out is I bought my own place closer to work.

I've only been renting from Hughes Group for about seven months. At first I was nervous, previous renters informed me they do anything they can to keep all your money deposit wise including things they were not responsible for prior to moving in. I am a great renter and was terrified this would be a bad experience. BUT, This year brought very unexpected changes. I was diagnosed with cancer and lost my job. This staff has been understanding and working with me endlessly to accommodate whether I would need to exit or work with me payment wise. Going through things like cancer is terrifying. Then to worry about having my credit ruined over missing payments that were out of my control had my physically sick to my stomach. Megan, Paige, and Ellen especially have been accommodating.. From the bottom of my heart, thank you guys. 🙂

I was a tenant under Hughes Group PM for 4(?) years. 9.5 total living at the property and it changed to Hughes Group whilst I lived there (Duplex, 1 shared wall).

I am a very quiet neighbor, and quiet, private person - I make little noise, avoid playing music etc.

Every time I submitted a maintence request it was answered in time and the issue was taken care of.

Hughes Groups' correspondence regarding them needing to send someone out for AC/Furnace checks etc I felt was always to an acceptable standard. Never had a 'bad' experience with Hughes Group regarding the property.

I must admit..I was skeptical when the Hughes Group brought the property I live/rent. But I feel I misjudged deeply and prematurely based on the words from other PREVIOUS tenants of theirs. but I HAVE TO GIVE APOLOGIES AND KUDOS all in the same breathe and say....EXPERIENCE THE HUGHES GROUP FOR YOURSELF! I have had nothing but positive experiences. The communication is BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL! any problems that I have had, John...Paige..and others make sure attention is brought to the issue in a timely manner. When I first moved into the building (overseen by a different leaaing.co at the time) there were a slew of things that needed replacing or repairing. Those things weren't completed UNTIL 2 years later which was moment THE Hughes group took over! They SPEAK with respect and ensure I'm aware of progress in my inquiries. I am beyond pleased with The Hughes Group being the company that I pay my rent to! You just have to develop your own experience with them AND TRY THEM OUT.
