I heartily recommend HSM and, especially, Riña Castillo, for 5 star+ performance as our HOA (Home Owners’ Association) management company and individual liaison. They are terrific!
I have lived in my condo for over 30 years, and, along with the others in our HOA, have worked, through the years, with 5 or 6 different HOA management groups, and even more individual reps from those groups. There were different aspects of service that disappointed us, but not one fulfilled all the functions acceptably.
Without a doubt, HSM and its rep Rina Castillo, have finally demonstrated how management can get it right. They are accurate, organized, trustworthy, quickly responsive, and do all this, through Rina, with a very caring attitude. The resident portal on their website works perfectly, and someone reads & responds quickly.
If you’re looking for building management, HSM should be at the top of the list!
