Everyone is so friendly but I worked with Tim. I had 2 years to file with 9 papers for one year and 5 for the current year. He worked his butt off in 2 days. I was dreading the results of my return before going in, but after everything was done I am relieved and very pleased with the outcome. Thank you all again!

Do not use H&R Block in Arab! They are very rude & unprofessional. I wanted to make an appt w/ Joseph from last year but he didn't want to come back this year. So I made one w/ Michael but some how it got changed to Catherine w/out my permission. This is her 1st year doing taxes so I changed it back to my original new preparer & had to go back a 2nd time. He was very snippy & short w/ me being very uncooperative. I guess he was mad that I had changed my appt. So I left w/out getting my taxes done! Unbelievable.

I have been using H&R Block for over a decade! My experience has been great every time, every year. Calm and informative tax representatives take the stress away from you. For that reason, I'm greatful and highly recommend them!

We used H &R block for many years, this year's tax experience was the worse. We had solar added to our house and the prepper didn't know much then tried to tell use not to refinance our house with the solar added. I still have not gotten my refund back from from the irs because this person filed the amended return before our regular return.

Due to some technical issues, The tax prep took a little bit longer than we anticipated. But Michael was very professional, calm, and made sure that I understood at every step of the process what was going on and what was needed to be done to remedy the problem. I highly recommend him.

H&R Block has been doing my taxes for quite a few years now and they always get me every penny that’s due to me in my refund. Jane Mashburn in the Arab, AL office is wonderful!! I always have peace of mind that my taxes are done correctly and everyone is always so kind, courteous and professional!

We ended up paying $400.00 dollars to do our taxes this year with H & R Block. We started completing our taxes online, but due to a unique situation that required additional support we went to one or your offices to get our taxes completed. Not only was the tax preparer unable to access the nearly completed tax forms from the online program, we had to pay additional tax fees, which were three times the fees most other preparers charge. Having used H & R Block online tax software in years past, this will be the LAST time we use your products and services.
