At first Mary seemed like everything described in all the reviews I have read, but it became quickly evident how two faced she was. As a buyer of a home she was selling, she appeared very cordial and very professional but like an iceberg, most of the truth lay beneath the surface. This was never more apparent than how she treated my agent and lender (calls, texts, and voicemail proof). From the offer stage all the way up to the day of closing, she was extremely unprofessional, often screaming at my agent and threatening legal action if the close did not happen exactly the way planned, which we all know, never happens in this business. Our agent, lender, and I remained nothing but calm and professional as we were exactly aligned with how the sale would take place but nothing was ever good enough for Mary. I am very disappointed to have to write this after being very thrilled to have purchased the house, but that experience with Mary will never be forgotten.
