Lisa led me through the process of selling my home and purchasing another home all within 30 days. Procedure was quite stressful for me -- but Lisa was my anchor and so reassuring. She was diligent & timely in communicating with all parties through the process. She researched listings, making appointments & driving me to view homes. One property that was a perfect location for me was getting a lot of buyer interest, but Lisa immediately wrote up my offer, & "WOW" it was accepted. She handled every detail, from inspectionts to meetings at title companies.
For me, selling my home and buying another, was a complicated & detailed process, but she handled everything with confidence & ease, explaining every step along the way. Lisa and her team go above and beyond for her clients, I had an exceptionally challenging transition to my new home and she and Leslie were there every step of the way. A little over a year beyond my closing, I needed some plans for my house and she chased them down and had them to me in a couple of days.
