Kimberly Pepper is the best! Thanks to her energy, perseverance and expertise we were finally able to buy our dream property last year. While finding the property had been easy - it was the first one we visited and it was love at first sight - buying it turned into a long and arduous over two year process. Pepper never gave up on us nor on the seller (she initially represented both) and was able to get the short sale approved. Throughout the process she kept us informed as much as she could, even if it meant telling us "I have no idea what is going on with the banks nor how long it will take" and we always felt that we could trust her completely.

Selling and buying a home at the same time is no picnic, but Pepper and her team at KW worked endlessly on our behalf to make it happen. Always there to answer questions, find information, and supreme problem solving abilities. With Pepper's positive energy and spirit, she guided us through all the twists and turns, the ups and downs, all the way to the very end. The way Pepper and the title company and the inspectors and the mortgage broker all worked together was amazing. We were just commenting the other night how we really didn't have to do anything except sign a lot of papers and pack our stuff. So here we are in our new home

I would recommend Kimberly in a heartbeat! Working with her made an unusually challenging home sale much easier to deal with. There were a number of hurdles regarding our sale and Kimberly was responsive and resourceful throughout the entire process.
