While my experience with Home River, which managed my rental property for two years, was dismal and frustrating, I want to point out that Maria Henderson's work on my behalf was outstanding. When my agent lost my keys, broke appointments with inspectors, and feuded with my tenants, Maria was able -- from a distance -- to repair the damage, get inspections done, and support me in positive ways when my agent failed me. She sticks to a problem until it's solved, and she has great recall, remembering many months later that I had an issue and asking me if it had been resolved even though Home River was no longer my property management company at this point. She became my go-to person at Home River; I could trust her to work on getting issues resolved and communicating consistently with me. She deserves 5 stars, although I can only give Home River 3.

I just recently started working with Jacqueline Nuzzo and she has been great and easy to work with. She just took over at a critical time where my tenant moved out and we are in the process of getting new tenants in the property. I look forward to working with her in the future. Only constructive criticism is on the owner portal. It could be a little more user friendly.

Great property management company! Breath of fresh air for managing a portfolio effectively. Personable property managers are professional and very knowledgeable.
