The process was easy and smooth from start to finish. We had our estimate appointment and booked right away. There were some delays in starting but their excellent communication skills with keeping us informed and in the loop was great. We added on gutters to our orders midway through the siding project and getting that done was also smooth. Overall my husband and I would recommend. Shout out to our team Sarah, Joe & Joseph.

The whole process was such a breeze for us! Ryan and Blane explained everything to us in detail- from the start their energy was great! They were honest with us and didn’t make us feel like we were just a dollar to them.

Ivan and the crew of guys got here on time and started immediately. They were super polite and respectful. They finished the job in one day and cleaned as they worked. Nothing was left behind. Joe the project manager arrived and was super helpful as well. He explained everything to us again in detail and communicated every step of the way. He also made sure everything was going according to plan and in a timely fashion.

Getting our roof and gutters done start to finish was a smooth process. Ryan came and did the inspection and educated me and walked me through the whole process. I loved their straight forward approach and honesty. Joe the project manager was very thorough and jumped right in with the crew to get it done. Got roof and gutters done in 1 day and cleaned up.

I don’t even know where to start I wasn’t looking to fix the house this right second but with Home Genius it just happened.
First, I had my initial appointment with Ryan very friendly very respectful. Listen to all of my inquiries and my worries. Then we worked on prices and financing, Yes Financing was the most of my worries but they help me get approved for all the work my house NOW home needed. Home Genius are really Genius they worked on permits from the city, they got the dumpster and they no parking permits.
So thankful of the office staff but more thankful of the guys who work on Roofing and Siding. I’m talking about working on 16 degree weather even with lil bit on snow. The guys were here on time, respectful, and over all get the job done.
I also got a project manager who was on top of all my question and needs to the last minute. Will definitely recommend this company, as a first time home owner I was scared to hired someone but with home genius since day one I felt safe and right away trusted very single step.
