Lisa and her staff were phenomenal to work with. We recently sold our rental property and Lisa was so helpful. I had entirely too many questions on what upgrades to do, what the general process was like and so many other things before listing. She walked me through all aspects and made it easy for us to make the best choices based on our situation. Lisa suggested a very fair listing price for our market. As Lisa predicted, the house sold for over asking in about a week. Lisa is the owner of HAR and you can tell it's not a huge corporation in all the best ways. It's a woman and her team who GENUINELY want what's best for you. I never felt like another number or like a cog in the wheel of business. She and her team listened and tailored things to best fit our personal and unique situation. If you want someone who will be honest and professional, even if the honest answer isn't the one you were hoping for, someone that will guide you and always have your best interest in mind you have found the right person. She had many opportunities to simply smile and tell me what I hoped to hear. Instead she gave me her professional opinion and her experienced reasons behind them. In the end listening to her opinions and deciding to follow them resulted in a sales price that far exceeded my expectations.

Lisa and her team are phenomenal! From start to finish, they were there every step of the way with my real estate transactions. Lisa is extremely knowledgeable in her profession and it’s shown that she takes pride in her work. Her assistant, Ashley was always there to step in and show me homes at the drop of a hat and knew exactly what I was looking for. I used HAR in the past for the purchase of my first home, the sale of that home, the purchase of my new home and will for sure continue to use Lisa and her team for my real estate needs in the future!

Adrienne Gilman is the best. I’m not as familiar with HAR, LLC as I am with one of their realtors though. Although she says the crew at HAR, LLC is top notch… I met Adrienne about four months ago at, what most people would call, a less than desirable property. (But I LOVED it and she knew it) Three fallen through offers later, tons of phone calls, tons of emails, meetings and calls with multiple N.J. state departments, counselling and comforting over broken deals, keeping focused, keeping me focused and we FINALLY CLOSED last Friday. I have friends and family in real estate who told me to give up and gave up, not Adrienne. Adrienne knew how much I wanted this house and NEVER gave up, even when I did, she kept going. This was NOT for commission either. (Remember – less than desirable property) Thank you Adrienne for all of your perseverance, if it was not for you and HAR’s office crew this never would have happened. Adrienne Gilman is the best!

I'll think twice before dealing with Home Alliance Realty AGAIN. I dealt with an agent through this company named Paula. She set up an appointment to view a rental in Richland, NJ for today (Sunday) at 11:00am. I sat at the property for a half hour. I texted her cell number, no response. I called she answered rudely. She seemed really out of character, not recalling our arrangements which were made two days prior. She then said it wouldn't matter she could give us the lock box code to veiw the property. Just as I got out of my car and to the houses front door, she rudley changes her mind and tells me the house had been rented and immediately hung up! Thanks for wasting my family's time.
