In this building the elevators never work and the manager doesn't do anything for these elevators to be useful. Apart from that she rents to just people who play loud music at night and she doesn't do anything either. If you want to rent here, inform yourself. That this building is not regulated by the city other than that that company does not exist. and your deposit will never be returned

Get renters insurance and full coverage in your car because one day they will break your car window , rent isn’t cheap for the problems you are going dealing with homeless are going to be around the garage doing drugs or drinking or sleeping in the stairs,. They take their time to fix problems in the building.

Great Building, Lovely Pool and View , very nice car garage, dishwashers, and the best roof top pool , Claudia the manager is so nice and thoughtful, really does a good job keeping the building safe and sound

This place is pretty awesome! Roomy, beautiful black and white photos on the walls and close to everything. The parking is next door at a public parking garage and is 16 bux a day (property does not validate parking) which is fine. Entrance way is pretty and gated. Only reason we gave it 4 stars is because of the fact we couldn't reach the front desk, it automatically hangs up after one ring and we weren't told the wifi password upon checking in. It's under remodel so the smell isn't the best but once it's through this place will get it's extra star. Great price for the accommodations!
