Chris and Holly wonderful. Hand helped me through the whole process of selling the house and buying a house at the same exact time which is extremely tricky. They talk me through everything and even basically help me move completely. They’re available anytime when you call them with questions or reference for people, I would need to help me make the move. They help me with with every piece of the way, they really are amazing team ! Also, they have young adults kids who are part of their team just as amazing as their parents. Chris and Holly are and amazingly kind an empathetic. And smart and sharp and know every angle how to deal with something that could be so complicated. Definitely a ten out of a 10 ⭐️’s

Unbelievable support, kindness and quality of work was provided by Holly and Chris. They went WELL above and beyond anything we could have expected from helping with house sale prep to staging, to documentation to the end. You get the whole package with Holly and Chris. They are easy, down to earth, and likable people who make the process of selling a house less intimidating. They quickly became part of the family. They sold my parents house and our other house at lightening speed so it was a no brainer that they were the choice to sell our next house. Our house was well-loved but needed an update. Holly and Chris have an expert eye on design and staging without breaking our budget. We wanted to continue living at home so our kids could walk to their schools at the same time the house was on the market. Holly and Chris worked around the kids gymnastics classes and Girl Scout meetings and spring break and they still got the house on the market on time. When the painters forgot to reinstall the blinds, Holly and Chris understood our safety and privacy needs and Chris showed up to reinstall them. They brought in workers that were professional and quick. We received multiple offers and sold our house at the over asking price. We couldn’t be more thrilled by our experience with Holly and Chris.

It was a wonderful experience working with this dynamic duo! We met Chris and Holly through family and friends who all had a great experience working with them to find their homes. It was quickly obvious to us that Chris and Holly treat all their clients with a high level of care and intentionality. Chris and Holly have been in the real estate industry for many years. We were very fortunate to find Holly and Chris. As first-time buyers, the process can be overwhelming. Holly and Chris are an amazing team walked us through every step of the process. They were very responsive and always had our best interests in mind. They knew exactly what we wanted, which helped narrow down the options and we very proactive with completing offers and following up with sellers. Within a week of looking, we had an offer accepted. Holly & Chris are a great team that work well to help their clients achieve (and often exceed) their goals, and quickly. They are knowledgeable, caring, and dogged! I live in Missouri. My siblings and I had to sell a family home in Woodland Hills. This was not one of the many high-end properties that Chris and Holly often sell. We trusted them to hatch a plan of action for us. They were very straight forward about the process and what they recommended. The house went on the market on a Thursday, and we had 20 offers by the end of the first weekend. We were under contract in less than a week for well over the asking price. The process was as seamless as possible, and we closed without a hitch. Thank you Holly & Chris.
