Most every visit to plaza lll is to visit the diner, which is a family favorite for breakfast anytime of the day. The plaza contains multiple businesses, a physical therapy office, a pharmacy, a newsstand, a hair salon, a realtor, a pizzaria, a dry cleaner, and quest diagnostics.

Business turnover is minimal, and most all of the stores have been there for quite some time.

The front of the plaza is a covered walkway.

There is very limited parking in front of the plaza, most of those spaces are reserved for specific businesses, or are handicapped spots.

There are multiple entrances to the plaza from Mule Road with limited parking. Entering via Davenport Road leads to a parking area at the far right end of the plaza.

The Holiday City Diner is good but needs a severe facelift, always stinks of old people that smell like urine, pretty gross if you ask me. Vito's Pizza Parlor next door and Bar has got good food but nothing to write home about.
