I just did a little research and found that Pacifica City Council unanimously voted to ban smoking in multifamily housing in August 2019. I can't tell the exact date when this amended ordinance goes into effect, but I'm sure you or Lance can contact the Pacifica City Council to find out the effective date. It sounds like it might be 12 months after it was approved, so that would mean it's effective in August 2020.
