DO NOT MOVE IN HERE… MANAGEMENT IS UNCARING AND UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

I was verbally harassed by the property manager today, assaulted, and forced to file a police report. When I report this to his superior I was told to forward the police report and he would talk to Mark Flythe, the property manager. Even after I gave Scott ( Director of Residential Properties , his boss) Marks full name he made things difficult by asking me to confirm his identity by physical appearance to confirm his employment. I later saw Mark & Scott casually back to work as if nothing happen on my way to make a pointless grievance at the maintenance office. After the altercation he parked a utility vehicle in an area we were scolded and disrespected for parking in without regard for the children and elderly who have to walk the distance from the parking lot to their home. On top of that rent goes up every 6 months it seems like. I moved in and there was a dog park and grilling area that has since been removed because they sold a portion of the property. We were charged higher rent for the “view” that was removed. We were also never told there was roaches when we moved in and had to call and exterminator twice. That issue was rectified. I will never rent with Hilton Realty again… ps I’m a licensed nj realtor

A friend of mine son lived here - tragically he passed away 2 weeks ago at the young age of 26. She had co-signed on the lease. Not only did they ask her to clean the apartment out and return the keys but they are also demanding she pay September and October’s rent! While I understand there are leases, one would hope for some compassion and just human kindness and understanding in a situation like this! It seems even shadier that they want the keys back now when the lease is through October- do they plan on renting it out now and double dipping on rent for 2 months?! Would never recommend this place to anyone!

This is an email someone I know received from this company after her 26 year old son died suddenly. She had co-signed his lease. Even if there was no clause in the lease agreement you would think that real people working for this company would try to attempt to be human and understanding in a situation like this. He died less than 2 weeks ago. It’s unbelievable that they are doing this, especially for only 2 months worth of rent. And after requiring her to clean out the apartment and return the keys. Leads me to believe they plan to rent the apartment while still collecting her rent check.

I had stayed at their property for about 5 years and my friends are still living there. Property manager office team is great on resolving issue if you escalate to them. However apartment local office and maintenance team was not so great. They take really long to resolve issues and sometime take forever. In other side appartment are very specious and relatively cheaper than surrounding community. It has nice outdoor cooking area and near by park. I would recommend it for couples and even couples with young kids

Horrific property management company with staff including Scott who don't belong in a business that caters to people, their homes, and requires empathy. If you can avoid renting from a property owned by Hilton Realty, avoid it! They acquired a beautiful but rundown property in Allentown, PA and have been absolutely uncaring, harassing, and downright embarrassing as humans.

Terrible business, these guys are harrassing me 2 years later about unpaid dues which were paid off. They are theives, not to mention their apartments are all terrible and fall apart in their own. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!

Their apartments are nice, but good luck getting your security deposit back. Its been nearly two months and I have yet to receive my security deposit back
