My wife and I were there to visit acquaintances. The street they lived on was a new part of the subdivision. Their house is 4 years old, and the street is only about 40-50% built. The remainder is heavily wooded. I don't know if the builder has a set of house plans or will build to order. Some houses had conventional exteriors, others were more attractive with wood accents.
