We have been with Hillis Properties for over 10 years. They are the best rental company we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They are very quick to respond, always take care of any issues we may have(VERY seldom), and their properties are very fairly priced. Would recommend 10/10!

By far the best rental experience I’ve ever had! Tonya is always on top of it! I can contact her anytime of the day and she responds asap! She always gets anything I need taken care of as soon as she’s able! I have no complaints at all about this company. Would highly recommend!!

Follow-up 3/30/23.
I received a phone call from Tonya, and it was clearly miscommunication. She was very nice. She shredded my mom's personal information, and she also took accountability for the lack communication even though she wasn't in the wrong. She is currently sending me her newest listing.

BEWARE! Straight up Scam.
My mom drove 18hrs to see a property. She was suppose to meet with the rep. Tonya (who also left a review to raise the Google rating score), and she got all my mom's information, but then turned around and called off the meeting. I did a little digging and the real property management group, and the were able to let my mom see the property.
