Wonderful place to live. I lived here for two years and miss it already. Very quiet community and within walking distance from a lot of amazing food in Highland Park. The maintenance team was always very helpful which I appreciated.

Highland Montgomery Apartments are absolutely amazing. The landscape is beautiful and the area is always well kept. The most valuable part of these apartments is the maintenance team. They are incredible men who are so sweet, thoughtful, and talented. They often arrive within minutes with a smile on their faces ready to help. I can’t thank them enough for being so responsive an incredible during our year here so far! They deserve the world! 🙂

Lovely area with great access to both Highland Park main street shops and New Brunswick train station (by foot). Safe and nice neighbourhood with two parks for recreation. Quiet, lovely studio flat, washers and dryers in the basement. Lora and the maintenance team are very responsive and very prompt to help with any requests. I have received lots of help from them in my first year of leasing.

I lived here for 5.5 years. I love this place. Very peaceful and quiet. The maintenance staff and Lora who works at the leasing office are great and are very helpful. The apartments themselves are right on 27 with easy access. In the few years I lived there, I saw a lot of improvements made in the buildings including newer washers and dryers. Neighbors are also very good in the building I lived in. The bike storage room was super helpful to store my bike. Parking was never an issue for me, there was always space available for me behind my building.

Highly recommend! Lora and the maintenance team go above and beyond to make sure you’re well taken care of. Whenever I had an issue (always minor things) I would contact Lora and the maintenance team would address the problem within an hour or so, if not minutes! The property is well kept with great landscaping, friendly neighbors and an easy 2 min walk to main street. In addition, the property is situated between two really nice parks. Maybe the most underrated part of the property is how walkable the location is to great restaurants, rite aid, stop n shop and anything else you might need. Another bonus is the New Brunswick train station being closer than a mile away. Great for someone like myself that sometimes needed to go into the city for work. Great property & value with a professional, helpful and friendly staff. Thanks for a great stay!

I lived here for two years and had a great experience. The property manager is fantastic and was responsive to any concerns. The staff is also great, making sure everything was well-maintained and running smoothly. I recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed community.

My partner and I truly enjoyed every minute of living here. We only moved because we relocated to another state, but had we stayed in NJ, we would have stayed at Highland Montgomery for sure.

Lora (the property manager) and the maintenance team are incredible responsive and kind. Of the few standard service requests we had for our apartment, we never had an issue that wasn't resolved within a day. I've been told by visiting friends that we lived "in a Disney movie" due to the high number of deer and beautiful landscaping throughout the property.

The location is central & close to downtown New Brunswick, but far enough away from the college area to be comfortable and quiet. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the New Brunswick train station and heart of the city.

No neighbor issues, no maintenance issues, and great location. 5 stars for Highland Montgomery, Lora, and team!
