Paige was SO helpful. She had all the answers and was a very pleasant person to talk to. I don’t think I’ve ever had service as great as what she gave. She is a very sweet woman, with a wonderful, professional attitude. I never once felt like I was talking to someone who only wanted my money. I felt as if she cared for me and my satisfaction. I will forever be thankful for her and the help she gave us. Wish I could give 10 stars!!

I have lived here for several years and had several managers. I have never had any issues. I love it here. Anytime I have contacted management they have been helpful. The only concern I have is tenants fly through the parking lot on a daily. I have witnessed them being told to slow down but they continue to do it. Speed bumps are needed because management can't be out there 24/7 monitoring the parking lot. Other than that it is a great place!

I am living in the High Forest apartments. I have lived here for 9 years. I have been blessed Paige the manager has worked very hard to make sure Everything in my apartment is up to par. Example a couple of month’s ago my A/C just died it wasn’t working just blowing hot air. So our Maintenance man Jonathan come over example and fixed it. It worked well for about a month. Then I called Paige and she sent Jonathan and he talked to Paige and a A/C company and they. So they said I needed a new unit. So they put in a new then that unit was giving problems and Paige and Jonathan put two window units 1in the bedroom and 1 in the living room.
Through all of that they both tried hard to make it so I wouldn’t have to live in a hot ? house. I also asked will they help me with my electric bill and they ( home office) said yes. If that ain’t favor I don’t know what is. The people manager Paige , maintenance Jonathan, director Ms.Gail go out of their way not just to manage our apartments to make us all feel welcome. They don’t pick with you because they don’t want you here anymore. The will help you as much as they can. I’ve know them to contact section 8 to see when it will start so that they can help you on how much back rent you need to pay. I’ve know people not to get put out because they haven’t paid the rent hoping and praying that section 8 kick in. I love my apartment I ice ? maker dish washer a connection for a washer and dryer two bedrooms 2 full bathrooms. So I’m happy ? here. 1 thing I’m not rude to anyone. You have to treat people with respect. You can’t holler and curse people and demand things right now. It’s done in steps. What needs immediate help then the everything will be done. I want y’all to really feel my post. It’s over 87’s in Alabama ? and when my air went out the fixed it as fast as they could AND put two window units in to make sure I will be good.

Apartments are modern and constructed nicely.Many amenities are provided with some utilities included.Our site manager Paige works very hard to make sure everyone’s needs and problems are taken care of.She treats everyone like family yet maintains extreme professionalism. Jon responds to maintenance calls as promptly as humanly possible and is very knowledgeable and always friendly to everyone,.All in all,everyone works hard to keep things running smoothly!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. New management is completely rude and disrespectful. Will knit pick everything you do.. and don’t even ask about getting your deposit back because they will take it and add more charges and send you a pretty little statement in the mail of how much you owe them. Glad to say good riddance to this place!!

Paige had literally gone over and beyond for us and we haven’t even moved in yet! She walked us through everything, stayed in touch with us, and was genuinely a super nice person.

I Was displaced from a rental I’d been “a great tenant in “ for over ten years due to storm damages that my landlord couldn’t afford to repair.
I put in an application with Paige .
I was asked to wait for an Evection in feb.
I was put off three months and
then6months,
Til I had to request an extension for my section8 voucher .
I thought it would be worth it because I was promised a clean apartment on a ground floor ( I have permanent nerve and spinal damage from a bad car accident and am still in physical therapy for my right arm and shoulder)
But...
in the end after waiting in a homeless shelter For months with my six year old..they gave that
apartment to someone else with no Explanation for me or my family.
They gave me and my youngest daughter an up stairs apartment above a loud angry woman who I am told was already so unpleasant to the last woman with a child that she felt she needed to be moved.

It had a bad odor of curry ,stained ceiling’s and a nasty dirty yellow stained dishwasher. The paint didn’t go all the way to the top of the wall and there was plenty of tan spots all over the white ceilings in various places.

when I’ve asked for repairs I’ve been met with eye rolls and knit pickings from Jonathan the maintenance man About my unfolded laundry load as though to say “don’t bother me for repairs or I’ll write you up.”

I’ve yet to have one repair completed professionally by Jonathan.
when asked to repair the large ceiling stain in the living room he decided against using a step ladder (despite him being around four foot ten) or even a covering for any of my furniture ....he then ,proceeds to wildly shake a half empty can of Killz spray paint all over my new couch my gold table,
(I’d just had painted!)
my roku remote ,and killed my daughters 30$ fish from aqua fins
and on top of that ! It only made the ceiling stain bigger!
management has not been kind to me or professional since the discrepancy
Taking it all rather personally
Gail shouted over me that “it was only the corner of my couch” as though to say “my couch doesn’t matter and neither does my family or me for that matter”...

she did how ever offer to “spray it with 409 “...... ? I wish I could upload more than pictures so you could hear the phone call ( I recorded all calls with staff and I recommend you do too if you live here call record app is free ?)

After calling the property owners (Morrow Realty)
and being put in touch with Adam ( another maintenance man)

I finally receive an apology... no one paid me back for the fifty dollar upholstery rental
( which was useless)
or the repainting of my table ,my aquarium filter or my fish or anything else damaged ...

Adam did however apologize he then took a picture of the many white paint particles in my aquarium and my filter .
I offered him the receipt and the emailed invoices for the fish that were shipped to my daughter for home school ( none of which were replaced for whatever reason they decided)
but he did finally replace my couch after a month of waiting for management to rectify the situation or even say sorry at all..
Gail was brutal to listen to she acted like I should be so lucky to have my property destroyed in her beautiful apartments ?
if you’re on section 8 you may not be treated like a valued renter here who I am sure probably received a clean apartment and some form of human respect unlike myself still waiting on the contractor they said would come to fix the ceiling in the living room which is still not repaired months later I have however been offered the option to break my lease and leave
? Despite my perfect rental history every place I have ever rented and having NEVER been evicted in my life from any place ever!

they say it’s not bc of this review but they’ve brought this review up to me over the phone more than once ?
Needless to say I am looking for another place for me and my daughter to live. My daughter spends most of her play therapy sessions worried about the loud angry fighting she hears down stairs.
