I would give them 10 stars if I could! We moved from the Front Range to Grand Junction. We couldn't make a trip out to see the rental, so Stephanie called us via FaceTime and showed us the property. We had a nice welcome bag waiting for us when we arrived. Stephanie and Cindy have been very helpful and even helped us find a house to buy. When we got to the new house, Cindy had sent in a cleaning crew to clean the new place for us and Stephanie had all the locks changed for us. I would recommend High Desert to anyone wanting to buy or rent.

This was a great company to work with in finding a rental property! Moving in town from out of state was very easy because of the professionalism and attentiveness of Stephanie at High Desert. They were friendly, quick, and listened to my needs in housing and found the perfect place, the first time. There are a lot of unfavorable reviews for rental property managers online - but they deserve some recognition! Thanks again High Desert and be sure to check them out and utilize their services!

I recommend High Desert Realty. Cindy and Stephanie are wonderful to work with, so if they are available, ask for them. We moved from another state, last minute, with multiple pets. They were kind and helpful, dealt with any regular house issues like a pro, and knew what they were doing.

Cindy Dickey met me to show me a rental townhome near Tiara Rado. She acted better than me the entire time, was aloof in conversation, and acted like she couldn't care less whether I was interested in the property. I mentioned that a toilet seat had severe staining in the one of the bathrooms and she said that there's no way she would change it. While property management companies in Grand Junction are awful in general, Cindy iced the cake with this encounter. I wouldn't rent from them and I wouldn't put a property in their care. The property I inquired about is shockingly still up for rent today and has been available for almost five weeks, per Zillow.

Wish I could give this company a lower rating than 1 star. They are absolutely awful in every essence of the word. The property managers are a nightmare and treat you even worse. They show zero respect and treat you like they're your boss. Awful company. Awful people.

They are rude and talk down to their customers, they make you feel like a complete idiot when asking simple questions. It is my first time renting and I just want to make sure I'm doing everything perfectly and they have been nothing but rude.

We rented from them and they hooked us up with a get started bag for our house and i thought that was very caring on their part.. Great people.
