I am just getting to know Robert, our new wonderful service manager. He has been with this company for many years, but is new to the "Hidden Hills" community. What a wonderful addition to an already strong team of men. He has now been to my home for two different repairs and both times his service has gone above and beyond what I could have expected. He is professional and very thorough in his work and makes excellent decisions based on the problems at hand. I am so happy to have Robert as part of the team. Thank you, Robert!

Avoid living here if you can. There is little to no assistance when you bring up issues at the leasing office. There is one woman who was quite smug when we spoke with her, but Ashley was always very helpful. We have seen mice around the community, the windows are insulated very poorly, dog poop is constantly everywhere, people leave piles and piles of garbage that creates a terrible smell. Parking is HORRIBLE. They even towed our car ALTHOUGH it had a parking pass! please be cautious.

Michelle Vassalotti is the absolute best to work with! I am new to the Hidden Hills neighborhood and Michelle went above and beyond to show me all of the options available for rent, the pros of each location, and was willing and able to make magic happen when I had a special request. She would stay long after the office had closed to review property information with me, show me the amenities, and explain how the process to apply worked. She is the best to work with and she made me very confident and comfortable with my decision to move to Hidden Hills.

The location itself is a dream. Anywhere I need to be is very easy to get to and the neighborhood is safe, quiet, and secluded. Each time I stopped by to move a few things into the new condo, a neighbor would stop and offer to help. When I run across people in the neighborhood anytime they will stop to introduce themselves and welcome me to the community. The condo itself is in pristine condition. From the perfectly painted walls, crown moulding, spotless cupboards, and new carpet, it is absolutely beautiful. Hidden Hills is a dream.

First to be clear, this five star review is for the wonderful staff here, not the apartment itself and its seemingly endless problems.

Most of the maintenance crew here are top notch. I can’t say enough about Luis Jr., Cody, Luis Sr., and the new hire Marco, but especially Luis Jr. and Cody who I’ve had to work with the longest. I’ve had to deal with them for months on end, and they are always professional, yet incredibly friendly, caring, and kind. It’s been a pleasure getting to know them, despite the circumstances.

I believe she is relatively new here, but Michelle is just as wonderful. When I was having a breakdown (because of one of the many problems I mentioned) she rushed over. My mom had passed only a couple of weeks before, plus I was dealing with the frustration of only recently being confined to a wheelchair, and trying to deal my sick cat (brought on by one of the problems in the apartment). She got to work right away trying to rectify my problem all the while trying to comfort me, and calm me down. It was pretty surprising to have someone from the office come over, I have lived here for years, and she is the first person to do so. She is truly a lovely and compassionate person.

Edit: I have a pretty decent amount of cashmere sweaters, because I can only wear natural fibers due to a medical condition. I just found holes in my favorite sweater jacket due to holes in the wall that have been open for MONTHS! I’ll have to check all the others in the morning, but I am absolutely livid! Seriously crying right now because I will not be able to replace them. This whole process has been an absolute nightmare! It has forced me to spend a lot of money that I cannot afford because I am on disability. I shouldn’t have had to spend a single dime as this was entirely Hidden Hills fault!

Edit: my beautiful kitty Vader is dead because of this place.
