Lived here for a SAD 7 years. Staying here bc pricing is good for what you get. Complaints are the management/maintence is unprofessional. And they don't maintain the property very well. Siding in breezeways and on sides are dirty. Breezeway cement is moldy and cracked. They maybe power washed once since I've been living here. In the fall the landscaping company they hired do HORRIBLE leaf clean up. The garbage people come 5 am during the week, so if your window is by a dumpster, you are getting woken up. In summer there's unsupervised children running around cursing and screaming. The list goes on but I'm still here HAHA

I lived there back in 2010/2012 I loved it then. Completely fair priced. Old staff was great, very friendly. I’m sure the new staff is nice as well looking at renting from here again in the near future. It’s peaceful just like any apartment there is noise but for the price you can’t get better simple as that.

Very spacious and comfortable living quarters. Beautiful breeze off the bay and my apartment gets a gorgeous view of the sunrise every morning. Staff is kind and helpful, including the maintenance staff, and they get things done in a timely manner. My neighbors and I all get along very well. Love the washer and drier in the units and the central air is also great. The only downfall to me is no outdoor living space in some apartments.

Lived here for a year and left when lease was up.

3 stars for the washer, dryer and dishwasher. Nice units. Minus -1 to total 2 stars. Not a desirable community.

Absolutely no good screening of tenants. Fill the unit by any means necessary. Cops came in often. Kids (under age 10) not supervised running amuck. If you look in windows many units have no curtains or blinds falling apart. Gets dirty outside on the breezways (entrances) because tenents use for a dumping ground.

My apartment was nice but I was not shelling out my hard-earned money to live amongst this hot mess. What I heard from longtime tenants who were leaving, it is on the decline because of bad screening and acceptence of too many Sec. 8.

They require your cat to be declared. Which so inhumane. No one declaws their cats anymore and they should be ashamed of themselves. Plus they discriminate against pitbulls. Which are the best dogs out there.

Horrible place lets neighbors act very rude to my 2 year old office staff is very unprofessional trying to say we are the problem when down stair neighbor is always blasting rap music would give zero stars if option never move here horrible horrible place!! Nicknamed ghetto court!!!
