My services were terrible. I had an apartment for rent and the realtor NEVER came one time to show the apartment. Shakira ran me back and forth showing the apartment and than she/they want $1800.00 for realtor fee. The Worst

Tanita is one the most professional, diligent realtors I know. I purchased my house over 10 years ago and through all the challenges that I faced she was there every step of the way. I called her anytime to ask questions or to voice my concerns and she always responded immediately and anything that she wasn’t sure about she put me in touch with the right people who can help me through the process. When you get Tanita as a realtor you get a whole team of people who will make sure all your Ts are crossed and (I)s are dotted, and for a first time homebuyer that is so important because, the home buying process can be so overwhelming. In 2018 my husband and I wanted to purchase a home. I contacted HFY to get information on the process. At that time our credit score wasnt the best, and we shared that information with them. They immediately connected us to a young man who was able to assist us with improving our credit score.That young man took time to explain to us what we needed to do, he was right on point.

Once our credit score improved, it didn't take long; we re-connected with HFY, and was asigned a Real Estate Agent. We discussed the a list of must haves in our first home with our agent. She wasted no time compiling a master list of homes and we begin looking for our first home immediately. She was very flexible in accommodating our work sceduleds. We were never in the dark, she continously provided updates. She was a good listener, nice, knowledgeable, patient and that really help the process go smooth.

Purchasing our first home with HFY Real Estate Group was effortless. Also, connecting us to a knowledgeable credit repair person was definitely a plus.

We will certainly use HFY again.
