However, we continue to believe in God Almighty and staying resilient, steadfast, and resolute, amid many tears, sadness and anger only because I’m human. You brought me Mr. Seth J. Hersh, YES SIR!!! It was roughly three weeks ago on a cold Thursday December afternoon, I had picked the phone up to call a Realtor in PA; but somehow I dialed Mr. Seth J. Hersh!!! Now please tell me if this was just some mere coincidence. NO! It was not. It was God’s divine intervention. Indeed it absolutely was!!! The rest was history. On Thursday, January 5th, I was blessed to become the proud Tenant of one of the many properties that Seth managed. At signing, you could have been a million miles away and could have seen my facial expression when the Landlord gave me the key to my restaurant. Ask Seth, he saw my facial expression. This man is the REAL DEAL! Seth is the consummate Professional and absolute delight to work with! Seth is extremely knowledgeable, well-informed caring, thoughtful, considerate and very, very kind. My experience with Seth was one of a kind. Keep in mind, I dealt with several Realtors over the past year and five months prior to the Good Lord bringing Seth into my presence. Seth is SPECIAL!!! I mean I communicated with Seth almost every day. When I crafted my business plan, proposal and LOI before presenting it to the owners (Landlords) Seth guided me in putting in changes that would save me thousands of dollars in future rent.
