I advise anyone to not move to this property. It has its pros and cons. However, June 15 my kitchen apartment burned up .. September 15 will be 3 months since my apartment has been under construction and from what I heard they’re not even working on it. The land lady Ms.Lowe advised me that I would be refunded my 250 deposit and half of my rent (b/c it happened in the middle of the month). She said it would be a little while until my money was reimbursed to me but til this day (Aug 27) I haven’t gotten anything not even a apartment for them to put me in until mines was done.

Do not deal with this place. I informed office in May 2016 that I would be moving out and then moved out in July 2016 returned keys and letter as to why moving out. I was moved out for 8 months and did not receive anything owed for balance. Now however management bypassed any information to me and went right to collection . I called and was told I signed agreement to renew lease which was not true and then I asked to go above manager to corporate and manager hung up phone.

It’s a slum house. They never fix anything right the first time. Everytime its rains the toilet clogs, it’s disgusting. They never want to fix anything. Loud people all the time. Dusty. Smelly. Owners and landlady doesn’t care about doing anything for you.
