I don't live at Quail Run,But I have a Aunt that does,What's so terrible about the apartments, is who they rent to, There's PROSTITION AND Drugs GOING ON. I KNOW FOR A FACT,I've SIT AND WATCHED IT , GO ON IN THE C BUILDING,I KNOW MANAGEMENT IS AWARE OF THIS, THEY TURN THE BLIND EYE,ITS SAD, THAT A SITTING JUDGE IS PART OWNER IN THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX,AND A BLIND EYE IS TURNED TO THIS,AND THEY CONTINUE TO RENT TO THIS PERSON.IF THEY WOULD CLEAN OUT THE TRASH LIKE THAT,IT WOULD BE A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE. THIS KIND OF CRIMINAL ACTIVITY,PUTS MY AUNT AT RISK,HAVING THESE KIND OF PEOPLE IN AND OUT OF THIS WOMANS APARTMENT,WE KNOW WHAT GOES ON IN HER APARTMENT DAY AND LATE AT NIGHT,SHE BRINGS IN DIFFERENT DRUG DEALERS ON A REGULAR BASES.PLEASE GET RIEDE OF THIS PERSON.

Clean, well-priced properties. The office staff is always so sweet and understanding (which goes a long way for a bumble like me), and the maintenance crew is there when you need them. I've lived in two of their complexes and have enjoyed them both. Each time I'd passed Georgetown prior to living there, I thought about how pleasant it looked. It lives up to its expectation and is a beautiful neighborhood. I am thrilled that I was able to snag one of the apartments there!

Hensley Graves' Quail Run apartment complex is a wonderful place to live. I have a two year old, so finding somewhere safe and conveniently located close to town is exactly what I needed. I pay my rent inside the office each time and every staff member I encounter is always friendly and ready to help. The maintenance crew is super speedy and efficient and they are also some of the nicest individuals I've ever had come in and are enthusiastic about fixing anything that's wrong. On top of all that the location and scenery around the apartment complex makes me feel secluded and perfectly at home.

I have only been at this apartment complex a year but in that time I really do enjoy being here. When I had to move I needed something asap they worked really hard to get the only open apt ready for me and help out on accommodations in had so I could move in. I've lived in a lot of different apartments but I think this is the best one yet! ? Also since I've been here I've recommended these apt to many of my friends and family members. So if you are looking for somewhere great to stay HENSLEY GRAVES is the place to be!! Also the lovely ladies in the office are just amazing, sweet and kind!!

I lived here in 2019. Building D has a serious rat infestation that management wouldn’t do anything about. I moved here and my apartment started to smell like a hamster cage and I looked in the attic... please if you have kids RECONSIDER. This place is a health hazard. I took pictures and video and nobody would do anything. I had never been treated this way before. 100% negative experience with every single employee. I was basically trapped in a lease. The pride of stray cats the one lady feeds was the one upside. They were actually pretty cool. All in all.. one of the worst experiences of my entire life

I love living here! The office staff and maintenance are always polite and are always extremely helpful with any questions I have. I rarely have had to have maintenance called out for anything but the few times I have they have been very prompt and quickly fixed the issue. I would highly recommend and have recommended them to numerous family and friends.

We have been very impressed with our experience at Hensley Graves Properties. Our apartment is well-maintained and clearly had been before we moved in. Our application was easy to submit online and was approved within ten minutes of submission. Work orders are placed and processed very quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a rental.
