Alex & Kim are exceptional! If you have the chance to work with Heng Seroff, look no further. Not only did they secure one of the highest dollar per square foot sale prices in our neighborhood, the process was enjoyable and seamless from start to finish. We can’t recommend them highly enough.

We met them when our mother was in her 90s, and started exterior renovations like landscaping and house painting with their guidance so mom could enjoy some of the updates during her life. Their contractors are talented and cost-effective, and the work was beautiful. When mom passed, we finished the renovations including interior painting, floor tiling and hardwood floor refinishing, plus updating the hardware, kitchen, and bathrooms. We loved working with their contractors because they have a longstanding relationship with Heng Seroff, and that contributed to a high level of quality control as well as easy and trusted communications.

Alex is a terrific designer, and buyers loved his style and choice of materials such as tile, lighting, appliances, kitchen and bathroom fixtures, etc. We also appreciated the thoughtful and creative way Alex and Kim assessed which renovations would most enhance the openness and flow of the house. All their suggestions were excellent. The finishing touch was staging (which they reimbursed). The end result was gorgeous and showed our house in the best possible light.

Alex more than delivered on his promise of at least 3x return on every dollar spent. Kim does a terrific job of translating everything into Chinese for their overseas contacts. The marketing was spectacular with professional videos in both languages, drone aerial shots, great photographs and maps, and engaging scripts. Then they distribute the marketing to their network of over 25,000 people!

In 8 days, we had over 2,000 views on Zillow, 15 offers, and the winning bid was 23% over asking. As we told Alex and Kim, there aren’t enough glowing adjectives to describe how delightful they are to work with and how happy we are with the results.
