I've had a really positive experience with Jon with Henderson management from the start, he was super responsive and professional. Whenever I had a question or needed something fixed in my household he got back to me quickly and followed through. The online portal makes it easy to pay rent and submit maintenance requests. Plus, the property is well-maintained. I'd definitely recommend them if you're looking for an stress-free rental experience then I recommend Working with Jon from Henderson !

The only main issues were during visits from maintenance workers. While working on the air conditioning and furnace in the basement, they caused smoke to start coming out of vents throughout the house and the smoke alarm went off. Another time, some workers showed up to clean the dryer vents and said they had been informed there were no tenants, while I was still living in the property. These workers mentioned this happens to them a lot. Better selection of maintenance technicians should be considered.

I can't say anything about the property and how the company operates on that end as I have not moved in yet, but Taylor and Brittany were an absolute joy to work with as I was hunting for a new place to live. Brittany was quick with correspondence and answered the many questions I had about a property that I had toured. Seems like it will be a great company to rent through!

Taylor was an AMAZING leasing agent, she made the requirements very clear and made the process of finding a house so much easier despite how stressful it can be. Brittany was also helping us through the application process and was very transparent about where we stood with signing a lease. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend Henderson for those who may need some help finding housing.

Five stars for five years of excellence. As an owner and investor hiring Henderson was the single best decision I've made. And, sets the standard by which I compare my other property managers to. The character and leadership of this through company, top to bottom and out to the renters they serve. This is all well and easy enough to say when things go well, but when things sometimes go sideways... that's when Henderdon has been involved and instrumental to me and my renters. Five Stars isn't enough, really.

The whole process of setting up a tour date to doing the application and getting the rest settled to move into my apartment was easy and smooth. There was great communication throughout the whole process which took a lot of stress and worrying off my shoulders. They worked fast to get everything processed. By the time I did my tour and filled my application out, I was in my new apartment within a week. Everyone I had come in contact with have been very helpful and very kind.
