I was initially skeptical of the idea of a flat fee realtor, but Mike made me a believer and saved us a ton of money. As first time sellers, I was unsure of the process. Mike walked us through every part of the selling process. He was thorough and delivered in a big way on the marketing of our home, leading to multiple offers. Once an offer was accepted, Mike coordinated with local companies to repair a few issues prior to close. I recently worked with Mike on selling two investment homes in Yuma. The sales went very smoothly and we were happy with the price we achieved. I live overseas and wanted a real professional to handle these sales for me, with great communication processes. Mike did a great job. He is professional, experienced, knowledgable about the local market and very good with marketing and negotiations. He also was fantastic with handling the repairs and getting competitive quotes. I really liked the fact that he communicates very thoroughly and unlike almost all real estate agents, he answers his phone (even though he has a lot of clients to handle). I contacted Mike to assist me with selling my home in the Foothills. Mike was very responsive and assisted me with handling minor issues since I do not live in the Yuma area. We listed the home for a fair price and received an offer within a week. We counter-offered, which was accepted and the sale went smooth from there. I thought I was going to have to travel to Yuma to tie up loose ends, but Mike assisted with minor things such as removing an old refrigerator, coordinating having a couple repairs completed, etc... I didn't have to travel to Yuma to complete the sale. Overall great experience.

Mike Bowling is an awesome realtor! First and foremost, I live in California and I had a property in San Luis, AZ that I needed to sell granted I had no idea how to go about it given that I am not from AZ. Thank God for this man who not only helped me with the normal aspects of what a realtor does. He went beyond! The property needed fixtures and my "maintenance man" went MIA but thank God!
