Earlier this year, we rented a commercial office in Tarzana from Justin at Heller Properties, but due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to end our lease today. Given our positive experience, I’m surprised by some of the negative reviews here. Justin consistently went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and resolve any issues, always consulting with ownership when necessary.

Not all family-owned business are managed well, but these guys have the resources you'll normally find from larger firms, and you'll experience a level of care and attention that's hard to find. We highly recommend them for anyone seeking a personalized and attentive rental experience.

Mr. Justin Heller manages possible owns a rental unit within the Reseda-Victory CHOA. It appears he does not review the governing documents or the Rules and Regulations with his clients. It has been on going that the unit is in violation of the housing code of 2plus one in a one-bedroom unit. NOT FOUR. Mr. Heller states he has made inspections of the property yet does not notice the unsightly window treatments and screen, the unsightly patio storage or the vechiles leaking fluids. This blind eye is bringing down the property values for the owners, as well as creates a slum tenement environment all while making a profit off of the rental.
