Absolutely fabulous experience with Helen and her extended team to help me sell my parents home as they transition to a senior retirement community. Helen was incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful with regard to my parent difficult life transition in her interactions with my parents, she brought in a contractor to fix up the home in just the right manner. I was able to gain POA and Helen interacted directly with me when it was time to consider offers on the house. She gave sound advice while respectful with our wishes.
