I moved into one of the houses they had for rent. I lost my income for a while and fell behind a month or two. They let me stay, I found a new job and caught up on rent. My husband and I have rented from Heilman Properties for over 3 years. They are super helpful and friendly! We love renting from them. They make everything so easy for us and if we have any issues or need maintenance they help us to find a solution or fix the issue as quickly as possible. We've lived in 2 of their properties and both have been beautiful and in good areas with reasonable rent. I highly recommend renting through them.

Had a bad toilet seal that was leaking into our basement. It took 2 days before I could even talk to anyone about it because no one would answer the phone at the office and this girl named Jamie who was a manager wouldn't answer her cell phone or return my call. Took them a week to fix it. We put in a work order for our kitchen sink two days ago and no one has come to fix it. We have been without a sink since then.
