We recently closed on a home in Olympic Valley with Heather as real estate agent. We first met Heather more than 3 years ago when we stumbled upon a new housing development that she was working at. To give you some examples, my husband and I were traveling overseas during most of the purchasing and escrow period, and she worked with our schedules, odd time zones and our preferred digital communication mediums. Not only that, she was very prompt with her replies.

As first-time home buyers, we were full of questions, as we didn't understand the myriad of things required. She patiently answered our questions over many hours of calls. Furthermore, if there was ever anything that she didn't have information on she'd say "I'll get that for you!", with a smile and enthusiasm, and get back to us very promptly.
