Pretty community with friendly neighbors, convenient location, and a comfy small-town feel. Would not necessarily recommend for renters as there does not seem to be many regulations around who is able to rent out their space, and all property owners may not be fully aware of what is required by them as landlords. Do your research. Otherwise, an enjoyable community.
