We’ve been able to avoid foreclosures for both mortgage and tax pending foreclosure files which has helped countless sellers out of their home before losing it, and still walking away with proceeds of sale!! We have been able to avoid probate and extensive / expensive probate proceedings to get sellers out of their distressed properties and again, with the best sale proceeds amount in their pocket at the end.
