This place is not good at all its OVER PRICED roach infested and the lease is six months but they try to kick you out in 2 months and they say they didn't receive payment when the bank says and shows they did and the woman at the desk is so rude she acts like she is the owner and they say you can park a 18 wheeler bobtail (truck only) then they will say you can't but there is NO SIGNS that say no trucks ANYONE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO RENT STAY AWAY FROM HEART OF HANCEVILLE

I've lived here for close to 2 years now and I really enjoy it. The management, employees and maintenance workers are awesome. If you have any issues relating t.o anything needing repaired within your apartment, management handles it very promptly. Cooks comes monthly and sprays and baits for any bugs and I've not seen any since my stay. If I've ever had any issues at all when I addressed them with the manager she always went way beyond to help. I have very pleasant neighbors and have had no issues here at all. I feel safe here as well as the area is well lite at night and Hanceville Police patrol the area often. The management also plans events for the children of the apartments on special occasions and the children enjoy the activities. You don't see many places that care about making sure that the children have projects and cookouts for them to enjoy. I am proud to say that this is my home and I'm grateful for everyone here that's became like family.

This place is a joke. I Lived there for 15 months. Never missed a payment. Had to move they let drugs rule the apartments. My son had to hear someone overdose an die in the apartment beside us. They do apartment checks when your not home an I had things stolen. Then after I had enough an left they lied to the new place I tryed moving saying I owed money an was a bad renter. Not counting they tryed to make me pay rent twice one time. But thank God I keep all my receipts.

This place is a joke. They will furnish your apts if you need it which is awesome if you need it, but i ain't trying to sleep on a bed that someone else has been using for who knows how long so i brought my own mattress that I've had for 7 years and a TODDLER bed which they don't furnish. We moved out and they called and tried saying we took their bed. I called to get it straightened out and to let them know we took before pictures with what belongings were theirs before we moved in and she hung up on me. Very unprofessional.

We just moved from here and not only are they interested with rats they also have roaches they also have drugs coming in and out of the apartments they have strict rules you have to be in your apartment at a certain time Durning the week and weekend's they don't want to fix anything when you tell them it needs to be fixed they don't tell you they have a registered sex offender living there and he works for them the management is unfriendly and snobby I wouldn't recommend anyone going here to live..
