Over the past four months in our new home, we've encountered a couple of situations that required immediate attention. Each time, Dalia has been an absolute pleasure to work with, leveraging her extensive experience and expertise to assist us promptly.

Most recently, we faced a plumbing issue that could have become a major inconvenience. With the same swiftness and concern she demonstrated during our first encounter, Dalia expedited the services of the plumbing company and the home management team. She ensured that a professional was dispatched to our home quickly, and everything was handled efficiently and properly. Her ability to understand that issues can arise and her readiness to help in our time of need have given us a tremendous sense of comfort.

We felt compelled to write this second reference to solidify and confirm that Dalia is truly phenomenal at her job. I am extremely upset and frustrated with the service provided by HCM Property Management. Upon moving into the unit, I encountered a severe water leak in the bathroom, which subsequently affected the neighbors below me. During the investigation, HCM discovered extensive mold, which they claimed had spread everywhere, necessitating the complete replacement of the bathroom stall. It is hard to believe that the mold spread so rapidly solely due to the recent flooding; it seems likely that the mold was pre-existing and not properly addressed before I moved in.

HCM Property Management insisted that my insurance should cover all the repairs, adding to my financial burden. The repair process has been excruciatingly slow and poorly managed. It took them two days just to remove the bathroom stall, and they placed dryers to dry out the wood, which took about two weeks. During this period, the workers only showed up for four days. The day before the insurance adjuster was scheduled to visit, they hastily removed the tub and the rest of the bathroom, then disappeared for five days without any explanation.

When I contacted HCM Management, Ana informed me that they were waiting for the insurance payment. It has now been over five days since that conversation, and I have not received any updates or calls from them. I have been living without a functional bathroom since the beginning of the month, far exceeding the initial two-week timeframe they promised for completing the repairs. I have been forced to use the bathroom at the community clubhouse, which is incredibly inconvenient and unacceptable.

The lack of communication, the slow pace of repairs, and the overall mismanagement by HCM Property Management have caused me significant stress and inconvenience. I would not recommend their services to anyone based on this experience. They have failed to provide even the most basic level of customer service and have shown a complete disregard for the wellbeing and comfort of their tenants.

Gabby and the HCM team took care of us from beginning to end with patience while providing excellent service.

Before we found Gabby, we had a rough go with another property manager who was unable to rent our property for nearly a month. Once we switched to Gabby & HCM, she had our property rented out in 5 days once it hit the market at the original rental price we sought.

DO NOT RENT WITH HCM!! They don’t care about their residents!! When I just moved in at the property some stuff weren’t working and I would be charged out of pocket for something I didn’t break. The ice machine in the freezer never worked or the blinds in my room. I also got my garage broken into one night AND STILL GOT charged for the people to see why it was malfunctioned that night. My security deposit was 4,600 I only got back 900 because they want to charge for every little thing such as the blind in my room that been broken since I moved in. Worst company ever. And I had a package delivered after I moved out and contacted them to get it but they never cared to respond back.

I have been renting a condo for the past six seven months through HCM Property Management. I have nothing but great things to say about the entire experience. The staff quickly addresses any concerns and gets repairs done in a timely manner. I can easily get in contact via text message with questions or regarding things that need to be addressed. The staff that has assisted me in a professional and kind manner include Renee Cubillas, the property coordinator, Gabby Lopez that assisted with signing the lease and other issues, Ana and Mariel.
