Three weeks ago, I contacted Haybar Real Estate, because I was interested in purchasing a building. My representative met with Lauren Frederick, an agent at the firm, on two separate occasions. On both occasions, she was extremely unprofessional, unprepared, and unknowledgable about the property she was showing. On top of that, she was extremely rude and gave off racist vibes. My representative left in tears. Shame on you Haybar. ?

Lauren frederick..are a horrible landlord she call me up on a Wednesday and threw me out and pad locked my building. I am having to get a attorney to sue haybar for slumlord practices. I highly recommend not to rent from these people.
