Very rude and unprofessional. I saw a room that was available for rent for college students online, and had a long back and forth with the landlord/realtor by the name of John Lu Yin. He would ask me the most inane questions like what's my name (my name is on the first paragraph of the email), do I go to school (well obviously since I found the room on a college website?), We were going back and forth for almost two days (he specifically stated not to text or call him), until he finally decided I wasn't the type of tenant I would want living in his apartment and to go look somewhere else. It was absolute waste of time dealing with him, I was trying to schedule an appointment and he basically decided to discriminate me from scheduling an appointment to see his complex because of how my name knows. I should report this place to housing authority for their biases

Wow, I feel bad for whoever uses them to rent their house. I called about a house for rent, the agent told me she didn’t know what I was talking about and hung up on me. When I tried to call back she wouldn’t answer. So extremely unprofessional and rude.

Not professional at all, why posting or having a website if you're not going to respond.
I left voice messages and send two emails to check on a property but I got not a single reply.
I feel bad for the ppl who hires "harvest realty" hoping their property will be rent,this place is not professional at all.

Horrible service ever!! After constantly calling and being told to call the next day(4 times), because the agent “wasn’t” in, I was told the unit I want to look at was rented out all of a sudden
EXTREMELY unprofessional!!
