I purchased my second property using the Harshbarger team. I am particularly impressed with Miguel who has an easy going personality and yet advocates for you when needed. There were properties I wanted to see but they pointed out major issues with these. I think this team is so well known- they have seen most of the properties in the area and take notes about why the houses are on the market for the next person so they don’t waste your time when they know you do not want to deal with say foundation issues. I live out of town and they will do video walk throughs to weed out properties too. Are they perfect- no- but they try their best- in my opinion. The team includes 5 people who each specialize in something so your case does change as you move through the process- Alex does the research on properties and sets up visits, Miguel shows and does the contract typically- Dan is available when needed as he is a realtor as well- there is a marketer named Krista or something close- Amanda does the set up of closing inspections etc and then Miguel or Dan come to the table again with you to close. They have a common text message so everyone is working on your behalf to move your case along. There is some cross training between team members too so if one person is gone, another one jumps in. I would use them again for sure. Feel like family now after two times using them.
