The worst landlord ever! We paid over a $1,000,000 in rent to them in the past 10 years. We always paid on time and they never helped us even during covid (except for 3 months deferred rent). Last month, they decided to increase our lease by 50% that we accepted unwillingly for 1 more year and they refused because they want a 3-year contract minimum. We asked them why and they told us that the market is very high now so they want lock a tenant as much as they can to make more money. It's clearly an abuse of dominant position and a lack of respect for a good tenant. Please stay away from them if you can.

Purchased a building and all tenants seem to be being pushed out due to wanting increased rent. The properties aren't all up to code and we've bad refusal to complete maintaince work, and told to do it ourselves. The contract says we must maintain the property, and we have, however, I emailed and said we are unwilling to replace lights that did not work on move in and were sent back a letter saying they would not be renewing our lease immediately after saying we would not make the repairs that we asked to be completed before we signed our contract.
