This was the best experience Ive ever had whether it was purchasing a home, renting or dealing with any prop management group. From the first day at the model working with Bethany she was amazing. She was so knowledgeable and always went over and above for me when I had questions or concerns throughout the buying process. Henry, the superintendent, was just as amazing as Bethany. His follow up was amazing, his attention to detail with my home and the subs was exactly what I needed. The design and selection experience was also just as awesome. Overall Harris Doyle is first class and I really appreciate them caring about my needs when buying a home can be a stressful time. Thank you HD! I will recommend you to anyone looking for a home.

Update: I am updating this review to reflect the Quality assurance provided by Harris Doyle. Due to the landscaping issues mentioned earlier in my previous review there was some stagnant water on the right side of my house and Trevor Landrerch did an outstanding job of helping me getting it addressed. He brought in 2 different landscapers to identify the best solution for the problem and a French drain was installed to address the problem. Trevor is great to work with and was very prompt in providing me responses and keeping me updated on the progress.

Zack and Christina from the Mimms trial community did a great job to make sure that all our concerns are addressed before closing. During the independent inspection we conducted there was some potential landscaping issues that were noted due to a hill behind our house and Zack responded to the issue quickly and had the excavation done and river rocks added within a day. I recommend working with Zack and Christina and Harris Doyle as a whole. I trust them to uphold the quality standards and values that Berkshire Hathaway stand for.

This review is more for one individual instead of Harris Doyle as a whole. Trevor Landreth handled the final items on our 1 year warranty checklist. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was corrected and we were always pleased with the results. He constantly stayed on top of his subs and sent me regular updates so I was always up to speed on what was going on and never felt like I was in the dark. There were a handful of people throughout our experience with Harris Doyle who were great to work with but Trevor stood out. If Harris Doyle could figure out a way to put Trevor in charge of the whole home building progress, we would consider buying another one of their homes in the future.

Christina and Meryl at Harris Doyle were so amazing through the home process! Christina was so patient with us when we couldn’t make up our minds and was great at explaining the entire process to us. She also made time for us when we wanted to go over different floor plans and lots. Meryl made our design dreams come to life! We look forward to moving into our home soon! Trevor Landreth has been great! He has taken care of my warranty requests even quicker than I expected. Trevor always responds to my emails in a timely manner for warranty request and he takes the time to answer all my questions. He is very professional and always takes my concerns seriously. We had an amazing experience with Christina and Zack at the Mimms Trail Community in Auburn. Christina was fantastic in guiding us through all of our selections, and both Zack and Christina kept us in the loop with weekly calls, always answering our questions in a timely manner. The walk-through "blue tape" items were handled smoothly and promptly the week before closing. We truly couldn't have asked for a more seamless home-buying experience.
