I'm a real estate salesperson. I have a listing in a co-op that recently changed to Harlem Property Management. They're excellent. Greg Poverelli is very professional. He answers emails in a timely fashion and is a pleasure to deal with.

The co-op was previously managed by one of the big management companies and they were terrible. Not only did the building manager often fail to respond to my inquiries but when he did respond I was given completely incorrect information a couple of times.

I highly recommend Harlem Property Management.

HPM just started managing our building last year. This is our first time having a management company with our building. We self managed since the beginning.

Fredo our Property Manager and the HPM Team are so professional, well organized, caring, and efficient at what they do best Managing. I have been in contact with Fredo, Anthony, Jim and they are very prompt with responses and they follow up to make sure that everything is running smoothly.

Fredo is a great Property Manager. He has his hands full with our building, but he maintains his professionalism. I find that ALL staff at HPM are very professional, pleasant and are willing to take the time out and explain any question, any situation and are very patient with whatever situation they find the building is in. They swoop in and help find a solution to any problem.

HPM has been a great management company for the Seneca over the years, addressing issues like pointing of the building, intercom upgrades, making it a safe and seamless experience, as well as, addressing work orders in a timely fashion. Greg Poverelli (Senior Property Manager) is very responsive when it comes to urgent matters. He also makes sure that the issues are delegated to the correct team with the proper expertise. I appreciate Greg's and HPM's efforts in making the property owners feel like we have a management company that cares by ensuring that property owners are aware of any updates, whether there is no hot water or elevator repairs, via e-mail. We can always count on Greg and HPM to handle whatever problems may arise quickly. Thank you for all you do!

HPM only started to manage our building on 01/01/25. Prior to that, I spent MONTHS literally begging our previous management company to trace the erroneous duplicate payment we did and credit it to our account. The issue went unresolved and the previous agent didn't lift a finger to assist us.

I contacted Greg Poverelli, our new Managing Agent and Alexis West, Accounting, to resolve the issue for us. It took them 2 days to trace the cause of the issue and credit the payment to our account. Alexis was also very sympathetic during our conversations and immediately took action.
