It’s a cheating company.

I paid for platinum membership in 2019 where they said it will be refunded after 5 years. Except for the initial review there was no review afterwards.

Why I should pay for gold membership when I am already a platinum member

It was never communicated that I have to mandatorily pay gold membership fees otherwise my initial amount will not be refunded

No review on the low performing mutual funds till date

Till last year they said it will be refunded after 5 years, now after 5 years they are saying it will not be refunded because I did not pay for gold membership

When you are already taking commission on mutual funds why gold membership has to be paid?

Please don’t take their services as they try to exploit in every possible way. If you don’t believe me, please analyse your portfolio with other certified financial planners and how many times it was reviewed throughout your service

Where the hell did you mentioned, I need to pay for the subsequent years?

Show me the proofs ?

The charges you made, the commission you took and the cheating you made are more compared to the 9 lakhs earned through mutual funds which any other CFP without all these drama and false promises.

Show me one document that is communicated to me about the subsequent payments and the renewals linked to the initial 25k payment.

Why does your team had not informed me in the first year till this time that initial amount will not be refunded if renewal is not made?

Your team is one call away but when we submit a ticket they are clueless and gives a stupid irrelevant answer

I might have received 9 lakhs through mf’s but you have earned more than a lakh through false commitments and cheating

No star to be given to this company. It is a fraud and money collecting company just to again make us invest with the partnership firms of Happy coin. They conducted 21 days classes initially where they didn't even teach us about the basics of the Mutual funds and how a portfolio should be designed. They always conducts some stupid sessions with Beeivest, thaalam media and for some franchises relating to food businesses where they again ask us to invest and plans to loot our hard earned money. They will not teach us about how to select Mutual Funds (Largecap, Midcap, small cap, flexi funds etc) based on our goals.
There are so many free youtube videos to learn such as Ankur, Sharan, Adityanain, Udayanonmoney, freedomapp channel etc where we can learn so many things about selection of funds. This company of vasu challa without informing us makes us invest in regular funds (where they can benefit with our SIPs) rather than guidance on direct funds. For everything they will charge money. They didn't even give any financial tools for calculating returns as per our short term or medium term or long term goals and doesn't give preliminary or basic information on fund selections and returns.
In my opinion please don't join with this fraud people rather you first see free you tube videos available before starting investments and learn about them: what is a large cap fund, mid cap fund, small cap fund, flexicap fund, momentum funds, ELSS funds, debt funds etc, How much is the AUM of that fund manager/distributor, Expense ratio of that fund manager, see the 5-10 year rolling returns, compare the funds in a website called Value Research, Advisorkhoj, tickertape etc. and then after that only proceed for investing on your own without even financial background you can do it on our own if you are an intellect enough. So many MF magazines are also available online, you can try that also.
Do not get in to the trap of vasu challa & team (happycoin team) and their vmsigma team.
