Janet helped my brother and sister in law find their home 3 yrs ago . So I knew right away Janet was going to be my realtor. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better! Right away she really helped me find the financing I needed ( Flat Branch, Kegan Brown) ! I still can’t believe how smooth the process was from start to finish!!

Over promised and under delivered. Didn't find out how terrible of a reputation they have until after I signed and listed with them. Total lack of communication. Lesson learned. Ask around before you list with this company. It's not just me that has had a bad experience.

Contractor in town. Don't know how many times I've heard this company come out of people's mouths as being dishonest. I'm sure they know a lot about real estate... but one of their realtors apparently keeps lying to customers and giving opinions on repairs that are needed, fabricating the truth with statements like "that's an easy fix," or "that's not that bad." They do this so negotiating stops and they can make a sale. Poor dishonest business practices that the public should be aware of.

Missy Sullivan is the best, hands down. She’s on point and gets the deal done. I’ve dealt with several realtors and typically you get one you’ve had them all but Missy has definitely set herself above the rest.

Brandi is awesome. I've worked with her as buyer and seller's agent and can't say enough good about her. Easy to work with, goes the extra mile for sure, and has good suggestions when you need a fixer or cleaner. Would absolutely recommend and use her again!
