I friend recommended Hansel Subaru, so I contacted Nick Rescina there and found him to be a friendly and knowledgeable car guy. They gave me a great deal and I ordered a new BRZ exactly the way I wanted it. It came in yesterday and was ready to go the same day, so I picked up that afternoon. No pressure, got a good lease, and the paperwork was ready to go within minutes of arriving. Everyone there, especially the finance manager Brian Eddinger, was easy to chat with and do a deal. I'm looking for an excuse to go there again and buy something else...

What a great car buying experience! From the first contact it was a pleasure. Alina was kind, low key, knowledgeable and fun. She was able to outline options and answer questions. Once I found the right car for me she was able to pass me over to the finance specialist, Mr Eddinger. He was also very professional and good to work with. I highly recommend the Hansel Subaru team. The prices they charge are astronomical

I would expect that coming in from multi-point inspection they would do a better job

They missed very obvious things that indeed were problems I could find myself and yet we're asking so many thousands of dollars to fix things that they didn't even check or just looked at quickly notice that it wasn't brand new and said that I should get a new one

Maybe if your car care is covered under the maintenance I would trust them to do a good job but - if you're coming in with problems paying out of pocket - rest assured you're going to be paying the highest price possible for things that may not even need replacement

Do NOT take your car here for service! Worst customer service ever! Fabian is rude and unprofessional and service department is a sham. I took the car in for a specific diagnostic test to address battery draw and not only was this not done, they completed a multi point inspection and found a gasket leaking oil which apparently needs to be fixed to the tune of $4000! When I asked why they hadn't done the test for battery draw, I was told that the battery needed to be replaced first (for $557!), then they could do the test! Of course I pointed out that the test is done to see what is drawing on the battery causing it to die which has nothing to do with the battery itself! As this is a known issue with certain year and model of Subaru, it is actually covered under an extended warranty! However these yahoos couldn't provide the basic customer service to do the test that I requested...instead they found a whole new problem with my vehicle! You'd think they would be interested in providing the service(especially since its covered under warranty) and keeping Subaru customers happy...but they don't! I got nowhere with Fabian who rudely cut me off and transferred me to the supervisor, Thamh Lam, who did nothing to correct the situation! I would give them 0 stars if the review would let me submit it that way! Beware!

Hansel Subaru is amazing. This has been the best car buying (leasing) experience I have ever had! Everyone is so nice. The sales people were not pushy, but were there when you wanted to talk to them. The finance manager was great too. I was coming in from a car brand that I had purchased exclusively for 40+ years, but everyone made it easy. When I was getting everything out of my previous car, I forgot my binoculars under driver's seat. I called my salesman, David, the next day about it. He found them and drove them to my home! And the encore presentation was so helpful. I just can't say enough good things about Hansel Subaru!

I want to give a HUGE shout out to Nick Rescina and the finance manager Regina. We were down there on Sunday 2/9/25 and these 2 people were absolutely AMAZING! They made my son’s 1st car buying experience extremely pleasant and smooth. We were literally treated like family and kept in the loop through the entire process. When my husband & I are in the market for a new vehicle, you can bet we will be returning. Thank you! You guys rock!!!

My car had a sunroof leak and took 2 months to get it back. No loaner car. I was able to receive refunds for monthly payments and a battery. Glad it's over!

Terrible sales tactics. The worst stereotypes of car salesmen. Buy from another dealership. Hansel will try to confuse and upsell the customer, stay away. It would be hard for me to imagine a worse buying experience.

Email several dealerships asking about a specific car and ask for the best price. You will be able to avoid much pain.
