Had a great experience with Henry at Hansel BMW. He was able to quickly secure me an allocation for the new M3 at a time when most dealers have a year + wait on this car. He was super accommodating and communicative during the entire process, was able to secure me a great rate at the time which stood the test of time as rates continued to climb during my car’s longer than usual build process. The overall experience was very smooth and delivery day was a breeze (no games). I highly recommend Henry and his team. They are a small dealer and a bit of a drive from the Bay Area but well worth it. Thank you, Henry!

Took my 4 series in for a new battery. The work they did was fine, however the customer service and experience was severely lacking. I asked them to help me program my garage door opener as it wasn’t syncing to the car. The woman who did the intake claimed she would have someone look at it but clearly didn’t care or make a note of it and to no surprise, they completely forgot about it. I then walked into the showroom as I’m beginning to look for another car. I asked a sales rep on the floor about scheduling a test drive for an M2 and his response was to chuckle and then say “no, we do don’t test drives on M2s. People who want an M2 know they want an M2.” That’s a ridiculous statement for a number of reasons. The M2 is regularly cross shopped with 718s, Supras, RS3, etc and the M2 is a mass produced car. On top of that, I’ve spoken to multiple other BMW dealers that are happy to do test drives on M2s. The last straw was the sales guy trying to defend the pig nose on the M4 while having zero clue that BMW had just fired their lead designer. Disappointing experience across the board, especially with the uninformed and arrogant sales rep.

I had a recall on my car, took it in when I received it back. There was something wrong with my car. It started shaking really bad. They said my car was misfiring and asked me to leave it there so they could diagnose it . when I brought it in, there was no problem with my car, they was accusing me that I brought it in in the condition that it was shakenz. I told him I will take it to my mechanic, so I took it to my mechanic When he worked on it, he found out that the technician there that worked on my car forgot to reconnect my injectors back, wish caused my car to shake.
They are no good trying to cover up there mistakes saying that I brought it in like that when they forgot to reconnect my injector, wish it caused it to misfire.

I recently took my car to BMW Hansel in Santa Rosa for a routine service, but what happened afterward was shocking and completely unacceptable. After my visit, I discovered that one of their employees had taken pictures of all my credit cards, which were in my bag that I had left in the car while it was being serviced. Later that day, I found out that this same employee was trying to send money to himself via Cash App using my credit card information.

This kind of behavior is not only unfortunate but absolutely intolerable. When I brought this issue to the attention of Ken, the manager from the service department, I was appalled by his response. He mentioned that he didn’t owe me anything and that the $100 he offered was just to help me out. I found this to be an insult, especially considering the significant inconvenience I faced. Due to the security breach, I had to cancel all my cards and request new ones.

BMW Hansel needs to take a serious look at their staff and the way they handle customer issues. This experience has completely shattered my trust in their service.

Great sales people. I came in like I didn’t belong at a BMW dealership and I was treated like a paying customer without judgement. My kids were acting wild and they were all calm and collected. Overall a good experience and will likely be purchasing my next car here.

Horrible service all around. I've had to take my 750i in 3 times because the mechanics can't seem to do the job right. Apparently there is no one holding them accountable for their work. I took it in for service and came back for pick up to the car completely not drivable. Paid a couple thousand more, on top of the thousand I was already paying, for them to fix the new issue they had clearly created. Then days later realized that a whole front sensor was missing. The date to fix this issue is TBD. The cherry on top is when I experienced second tier service from the manager David. Disrespectful tone and zero professionalism. Only highlight I can possibly give is from Liz in the service department.
