I’ve been living at The Hanover Laguna Niguel for four months now, and I love it! It’s a quiet, peaceful, and a safe community with great amenities and quick maintenance.

The management team is fantastic, especially Kima. She is always kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Her positive energy shines through at resident events like Food Truck Fridays and the holiday parties, making them fun and engaging.
As my neighbor, Kima is supportive and responsive whenever I need assistance.

The staff in the leasing office is super friendly I love to stop by and chat with them on my way to the gym. They are so attentive and are always considerate of my requests.

Just completed a tour this afternoon and was so impressed! The two lovely ladies who did my tour were the epitome of class, so friendly, and had a quick response to every question I had! I can be quite picky with apartments and this place checks every box! The website photos don’t do it justice, I highly recommend taking a tour yourself to see the high end finishes and GORGEOUS natural light that pours into these apartments. The amenities are resort level; and as a Laguna Niguel resident for all my life, I can officially tell you, no other apartments can compare. If we decide to move I will definitely be making Hanover our next home!
