Dirty, they don't fix anything, Security is a joke. They will get up open door for anybody. Have the spouses in booth with them. . Good drug activity in front of building ,In hallway , They will move anybody in building.

I lived here for 20yrs and it's not the building it's the nasty people that has moved in. This building has it ups and downs but it's affordable and a place to call home. Just throw the flithy people away and it would be back a great place to live.

The ghetto-est and dirtiest building on this street. Also, the other buildings on the street look more presentable than that one. And always have people loitering in front of it
