Hampton Greene is the place for me. Almost 2.5 years here and I love it. It is peaceful. The location is great. I had the pleasure of Destiny Olcott assisting me. She was great and attentive (she still is). We are not far from the mall, movies, Walmart (shopping area), or even the post office. The office is always here to help. They have created social media to keep all of the tenants informed. They create multiple functions throughout the year to get all of out together. Easy app to pay rent, requests services, or events that are going on in the community. This community is amazing. Only minor flaw is parking (depending on where the tenant lives), but this is nothing compared to how amazing this place is.

Leasing office staff are excellent: professional, kind, and MJ went through the process with me with a lot of grace. She is 5/5 stars! Mickie and the management team are very friendly and professional. Maintenance is available quickly. The apartment head several issues. I don't believe that it was turned over properly There were locks that were very difficult to lock and different things, but once I pointed these things out, it was taken care of.
Vernon took care of my apartment with a lot of grace and he is meticulously completed all of the issues in the apartment thoughly.
I love the location of my apartment. MJ listened to me and sent me lots of options but she also heard my top needs and guided me to this location. she wasn't trying to be my concierge, but her attention to detail made me feel I'm in a luxury community!
There's a lot of warmth and attention towards the residents.

We have lived in the Hamilton Greene complex for a little over five years. It has been one of the most professional, efficient and friendly business interactions that I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Melissa, in the office has been particularly Helpful with all contractual questions. All the girls in the office have been helpful in several situations that I’ve dealt with and I completely appreciate them.
The camp is here is beautifully kept. I’m proud to be part of this community.

Living at Hamilton Greene is so peaceful and quiet. Walking around the complex is one of my favorite things to do. The women in the office are very helpful and I'm always greeted with a warm smile by the receptionist Evelyn. And Melissa helps me out with any questions that I may have about the rent. I am living here for 5+years and I absolutely love it. the property is always kept beautiful, Maintenace is available all the time and the couple of times I needed them they were here quickly the club house is gorgeous and the staff are all great and always pleasant.

Don’t be fooled by the nice exterior. This place is terrible. Management takes 0 accountability for anything that happens due to their negligence and does not care how much you're inconvenienced because of issues they fail to address. If you have a basic issue like a clogged toilet then maintenance is great at fixing it. But if your apartment has any real problems then you can forget about it being properly addressed. Thankfully my lease will be up soon and can be out of here. Good luck to the next poor unknowing soul that will have the exact same ongoing issues that I’ve experienced since they refuse to acknowledge the problems in my apartment or do anything to fix it.
