At first there where things that should of been addressed but wasn't, pool wasn't opened till I think August?

That all changed when Lindsey our landlord now started. This landlord is like no other I've known. She is badass! She probably can do more and she does do more than maintenance could do. I mean maintenance is great because of her leadership. She works! She is a hands on landlord that you can tell takes great pride in her job. She Keeps office open till close unless she's working off site. Then she lets everyone know. Another big thing is she communicates when she's not going to be reachable or at another property that day. You can always find her. She isn't the kind of landlord that hides to keep from addressing tenants issues.

She is strict with the rules! Child safety being most important. The way she came in and started improving this complex what seemed to be almost overnight.
She keeps our pool crystal clear and the pool area is always tidy and clean, plus always OPEN!

The management company has raised rent $100 each year and if they do that again and don't take into account what inflation is doing to middle class and lower income families it may be time to go. Although I'm hearing the exact thing happening in every complex in Baldwin Co

I love my apartment, neighbors are friendly, HELPFUL

I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY management will not do some VERY simple IMPROVEMENTS that would make out complex look and feel clean. ITS FIRST IMPRESSIONS THAT MATTER AND ITS EMBARRASSING HAVING PEOPLE OVER KNOWING THEY SEE HOW FILTHY THE WALKWAYS AND ALL CONCRETE LEADING TO OUR APARTMENTS. OH AND PRESSURE WASH THESE GREEN BALCONIES. OUR LANDLORD CAN ONLY GO AS FAR AS MANAGEMENT ALLOWS. That's the only complaint I have is that when I have visitors the have to walk on nasty concrete that's never been cleaned. not expensive to pressure wash side walks and the walkways to entrances of apartments. It's embarrassing. A easy fix that management could easily take out of the raises in rent every year.

But overall I'm so glad I found this complex. I hope to be able to stay many many more years. Elberta is a lovely community to live in. We are very close to Elberta Groceries and a Dollar general. A doctor's office and pharmacy are within walking distance. I want to thank our landlord for going above and beyond to help her tenants. I know she checks on elderly who could potentially be in a bad way without anyone knowing. She does this these type of good deeds that most landlords would not even think of. She doesn't do it for more money, to look good to her bosses she simply does these types of things because she cares about the tenants and has taken on that responsibility because she knows they may not have anyone else checking on them. I think it's a characteristic that jobs don't require but if you find that kind of special person make sure you keep them! Yes she deserves a raise! I only hope that the management knows the extras she adds to this community. , thanks sorry so long

I have lived in these Apts for 2 yrs now
I love the affordability with Great floor plan. Very roomy and clean with lots of storage. Each apt has private patio . Nice
Generally Quite family Apts/with playground and pool..
Property manager Lindsey is Awesome ! She keep us informed with updates and always has our best interest at heart.
Lindsey cares about each tenant as well as the apt grounds and She goes over and beyond her general job responsibilities to make our homes , Safe , peaceful and enjoyable place to live.

Had flooding issues constantly, people going into the apartment unannounced and other maintenance issues were not taken care of.
They “changed property managers” however the old manager Mickey still runs the place and lives there. Then do discriminate, will come up with excuses to evict you illegally especially if you contact corporate about issues. Corporate will not even respond to complaints. Children, elderly and Hispanic tenants are bullied. Metal shards are in the pool.
The list goes on…State rep Lynn Greer who owns Greer management seems to not care considering several properties are now under investigation in several states as well. Shady practices going on within these apartment complexes.
Only good thing I have to say is the area is safe within the community and the neighbors are caring individuals. The only 5 star review here were left by the current manager and her child.

I stopped by office to get info on availability for a disabled friend. The ofc mgr was extremely unprofessional, impatient, rude, unhelpful and threatening. She needs to be fired. I tried to contact owners/company to notify them, but received no reply.

It’s affordable, conveniently located and generally quiet. The floor plans are the best I’ve had in an apartment. Great for families with the pool and playground.
